December 27, 2013. Days generally go through the same stages…. I wake up, shower. Eat, watch tv. Eat, go to the shops. Come home, read. Watch tv, eat. Lately 95% of the time I’m awake there is a struggle within myself. Feelings that tell me. I’d be better off dead. That nobody cares. That I’m worthless. A waste of oxygen. Feelings that tell me. How much people care. How my life is good. That I have it alright. Feelings that are physical. Shaking. Jumping up and down crazily. Panic So many questions.

February 15, 2014. Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and more. I don’t do well when things change. I have bad anxiety attacks, and get depressed and things just get too much to deal with. I’ve also been having regular anxiety and panic attacks. I haven’t figured out how to manage them yet. I’m seeing my surgeon next week, to try get my surgery prioritised.
