Potty Training Round Two - Day 2. Well, Day 2 didn't go as well as Day 1 for Andrew. Today was a Saturday so we weren't in our normal routine and I pray that is the reason it through him off. Over the rest of the day, Andrew sat on the potty a couple times, but only after he had already wet himself. I turned bac...

The Alpaca Ranch: February 2011
http://alpacaranch.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 20, 2011. Was a little premature. Because this is what our yard looks like tonight. Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone. Saturday, February 19, 2011. It was fifty degrees! Yesterday, it was FIFTY (yes, five-oh) degrees here in Ypsilanti. (Ip-suh-lan-tee) and we took advantage of it! I don't think we even made it below zero. So our fifty degree day in February was met with welcoming arms and we attempted to replenish the stores of vitamin D. Almost all the snow is gone. Add to your site.

The Alpaca Ranch: June 2010
http://alpacaranch.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Rummaging around in the garage, I came across a medium-sized box chock full of seeds of all types. Cool! There were tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, marigolds, delphinium, zinnia.and then I checked the package dating.and it was 2005. Shoot. Well, being as I'm in a gardening mood this week, and our nice weather is persisting (plus I needed a good excuse to avoid unpacking) I decided that we would occupy our morning today by planting those seeds. Even if they don't grow,. I find that w...

The Alpaca Ranch: March 2011
http://alpacaranch.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 31, 2011. Sarah and I have gotten in the habit of saving our kitchen calendars. It gives us something to use to cue memories (both good and bad! And last, but certainly most life-changing and important, on March 26: "DUE DATE. Ed comes to stay.". Fast-forward to today. "Ed," in the person of Luke, is now 1. Can you believe it? Sarah invited over a couple families from church who have children the same age as ours for Moosie's birthday. Is it OK if I eat this? Sunday, March 13, 2011. Her c...

Transplant Minnesotan: How does time fly?
http://transplantminnesotan.blogspot.com/2009/03/how-does-time-fly.html
Personal thoughts from a Christian, lover of animals, wife, musician and mom. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. How does time fly? Karsten is now, as of yesterday, 16 months old and weighs a whopping 26 pounds! I thought I would make a list of all of his favorites for you to enjoy. Food: bananas (he goes through a bunch of these a week) and any bread product, especially pancakes. I'll close with a few pictures that have actually been uploaded. When I find that elusive USB cable I'll be sure to post some more.
