http://support.avajaneskitchen.com/article/25-why-cant-i-just-buy-a-bottle-when-i-need-it
Why can't I just buy a bottle when I need it? Ava Jane's Kitchen is a very small, family owned company. When we launched, we had no idea if we would sell even one bottle of avocado oil. We were concerned about having a warehouse full of oil with no customers. That's when we decided to try the membership model. The membership model allows us to guess with high accuracy how much oil we need to press for each quarter. This has allowed us to build a sustainable business with a very unique niche product.

Anything you can do to protect it from these will extend its life. Once opened, we recommend using it within 30 days. This is because it is fragile, like a fresh avocado. That being said, on day 31, it is not going to go rancid. Working oil on our counter, but it only takes our family about 20 days to finish a bottle. Click Here To Send Us An Email.
