Worldwide Grassroots Economic Education is the new frontier for social improvement. Ideas to suggest SCF’s interests and perspective:. Power will not take seriously the voice of individual citizens until average people demonstrate fluency with the nature and culture of capital. Social improvement (not social change) always has a grassroots dimension. Capital is voluntary, and, like the Internet, is unbounded. Capital always and only volunteers itself. All tax was previously a form of volunteer capital.

We are seeking 100 "Angels" to serve as "Key Volunteers". Support Share Capital's values, purposes and goals. Maintain timely communication with Share Capital. Provide references demonstrating interest in social enterprise and fairness issues. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be willing to serve for a term of one year. Establish a local presence in your community for Share Capital. Establish a banking relationship for Share Capital (subject to Share Capital guidelines and approvals).
