Posted by K WENG. 于 一月 10, 2011. 前两周在上海的时候, 有几天特别冷. 下点小雪. 跟爸爸到小区对面的小菜场买菜, 看到摊上有茨菇. 茨菇吃起来,脆脆的, 略带苦味. 很喜欢吃. 我们一般茨菇是和红烧肉一起炖, 或是炒肉片. 想起汪曾祺写过, 他们老家冬天逢下雪就会烧茨菇咸菜汤. 问爸爸有没有听说过茨菇咸菜汤? 这周末自己买菜. 看到也有茨菇了, 买了些. 碰巧昨天中午,我们这里也下雪. 好吧, 来试试茨菇咸菜汤. 洗了三棵新鲜的雪里蕻. 甩干. (按妈妈的说法是要晒干,腌菜才好吃. 不过没时间了.) 切丝, 用大把的盐下去抓, 然后压实. 腌两个钟头. 这就是青咸菜了. 加水, 烧开, 加切片的茨菇. 边做汤, 边跟L讲这个汤的’典故’. JJ说道, ‘We can make this our family tradition, too.’. 汤很清口 带着这两种菜的清香味儿. 颜色绿是绿, 白是白, 也好看. 如果是吃油腻的菜, 倒是一道好汤. 不然太刮肠了. 当然,JJ,CC是不吃的. 太苦. 中文,外文课的选择 →. 3 responses to “.
