Somewhere between then and now I changed jobs (twice), moved (twice), got engaged (only once, luckily). Now, I’m back in the bracketology game. The good folks at The Bracket Matrix. My Stake President talked about one liners once, and I want to go into depth about some of those one liners and what they mean to me, and what my brain just wants to spit out. Monday, January 2, 2017. I have been gaining weight for the past two years again. I have decided to do the 4-hour body diet again because I saw great results last time. Here are my before pictures. Flab to Fab in 60 days. Day 36 – strange results. November 13, 2012. Well, I’ve dropped two belt sizes, a shirt size and a pant size, but I haven’t cracked the 100 kg yet. The resistance training is making a huge difference to how I look, but the weight isn’t coming down as quickly as I would have liked.
