Chinese, 5 feet, curlie. Thursday, February 09, 2012. Had been waking up one hour earlier everyday during weekdays for traffic duty. The things we do for our kids. Hey, its 6.30 am in the morning. Who is going to admire that building our minister's greetings on a banner? On the other hand, its my last day of duty, and I will miss the company of the people who did the traffic duty with me, and the resident cat who will sometimes made several attempts to dash into the school on the same day.

Swallowing capsules is one issue (not an expert in that) but it somehow causes so much reflux that I can feel my gastric at the top of my throat for at least an hour after that, and not to add that it makes me hungrier than usual.
