This should hopfully make it easier for the insurgence of American interest that I have had, to view and purchase as everything is listed in US $. You can still buy there from outside the US but that might incur some exchange rates. The prices on Etsy are the equivilant to the UK prices, as of the day that each item is listed. Monday, 13 July 2009. Well, what a busy week. We have frantically been moving all of our worldly possessions accross London, car load by car load! We started last Saturday (4th) and finally got the last car load unpacked last night (11th)! Now all I have to do is drive back to the old flat and clean it! Saturday, 27 June 2009. There are so many gorgeous MD cases like the ones below, and yet the Hi-MD, the one Sony let die before it's time, has only 2 looks (one blue, one grey). Both as boring as the other. Take 1 MD and 1 Hi-MD, open the cases, and switch them round. A very thin blade (I used a paper craft knife), Epoxy glue or model glue (superglue might work, but I haven't tried it; let me know if you have). And of course your Hi-MD and prettier standard MD. And keep your fingers away from the blade!

The first time my partner told me he just got a spam email from me with over 20 other recipients I thought it was weird, and didn't really look into it. Wednesday, 1 July 2009. I finished my crochet hat! And would you believe it, I am actually using stash yarn that I bought on a whim together with some leftover yarn. I am so proud of myself! This hat has now been frogged 3 times (2 times halfway, and 1 to the very beginning). It is now officially my most frogged project. Being a sewing beginner I naively thought shortening it would be a simple matter of spreading it out and cutting in a line. Surprise surprise I never really found the time, especially as slight bikini alterations were necessary. So after getting home, on a lazy day, I thought of doing that hem while watching tv. Now all I need is help with the crepe like thin skirt fabric.
