Hurricane Ike has left a few minor scars around town. It could have been a lot worse but the town was suppose to be up and running by today - and it's not. No government offices are open, school is still out, and most of us business owners have no reason to go open our storefronts. What is this unexpected interruption? So much for the best laid plans.
