Squats - 4 sets of 8 - Not trying these yet until I build up leg muscle or lose weight. Leg Press - front thighs - 4 sets of 25 - 110 lbs (Actually did 4 sets of 10 - 150 lbs). Leg Curls - hamstrings - 5 sets of 8 - 70 lbs (Not this time). Let Extensions - front thighs - 3 sets of 15 - 70 lbs. Shower - steam until 6:15.
