Room 8 Super Kids. Wednesday, October 22, 2014. This afternoon we were lucky to have Mr Ensor, Mr Jean-Louis, Miss Spooner and Mr Mill come into a Room 8 to show us how to make Tipare so we can wear them for the Kapa Haka Festival. What a fabulous effort everyone put in. Who can tell us the English word for Tipare? Yesterday all of the Middle Syndicate went outside to practice for Athletics Day. Room 9 Super Kids. Wednesday, 12 November 2014. We tasted really juicy red strawberries.it was really soft with lots of flavour. By Liam and grace. Monday, 10 November 2014. The students are having fun dismantling some old computers. I wonder what we are going to do with all the parts? Mrs Bava says we have to wait and see. We had some lovely visitors to our class last week who taught us how to do flax weaving. We made Tipare (headbands) to wear to the Kapa Haka Festival next week. We had so much fun!
