You'd think an April picnic out under the cherry blossoms would be all balmy and t-shirts and chilled beverages, but it seems that winter has decided to make a comeback. I remember my first ohanami waaaaaaay back in 2001 was cancelled due to snow. This may be another such year. She elected to ignore my advice.

I like to talk about me. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. I am much better at teaching children than adults. My adult classes tend to be fairly casual affairs, and I don't often do a lot of preparation beforehand. (I've really embraced the "conversation" concept in "conversational English".) Luckily this is pretty much what my adult students are looking for, so I don't really worry about it too much. Tonight's lesson, however, was even more random than usual. Which led to me writing "pesticide" on the board.

A week in Troy. Saturday, June 23, 2012. You can imagine the sight! Needless to say, we moved right into a quick, unplanned bath. No time left for bedtime stories, but at least they were clean! Day 6 - Friday. Where to spread our picnic blanket? The girls found the perfect shade tree. Dipping pretzels in chocolate milk is just oh so funny! Even little girls play sword fight games. A week it was. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. What a week it was. Michaels Birthday, I wasnt really invited, I was on the way to the mall to meet with Ave, Jassy and Tony. I sort of wanted Joseph to come so i passed by his place and tadahh! Then after Mikes, went to the mall with Ave and his crew. I bought Leng and Mike a gift. Then we went singing in one of the private booths there and we went dancing to the dancy tune of HOT STUFF, we went crazyyyy. We went to Goodah for breakfast the next day, hhmmmm, yummy!
