I always want to eat as healthy as I can and had this idea that Baja was more healthy. Since I'm totally a control freak, I had to know for sure. Thursday, June 24, 2010. It's not often I meet someone who isn't experiencing an inordinate amount of stress. I don't think I've ever met anyone in LA who is easy, breezy happy. Don't get me wrong, most people are reasonably happy but boy to they have to navigate a torrent of external stressors! Stress will suppress our immune system so it's extra important to bolster our inner-defenses with as much fresh, live food (fruits, veg) as we can. Oh, and don't forget the dark chocolate!
