Let there be light! Up first in my home automation is the Philips Hue lighting system. I've also added a wemo light switch from Belkin. So the kids won't leave the bathroom lights on all the time. Creating a Vertical Tab Bar. So, I thought I'd start my development blog with something that I ran across recently. I have a need for vertical tabs that are cross browser for most browsers (desktop, maybe iPad). I like the UI components from JQuery UI. But they don't handle the vertical text the way I want them to. I looked into using CSS for making the text vertical, but that didn't quite work with the consistency that I was looking for. What are you doing differently? I've lost 35 lbs in just over two months. I've had people ask me what I'm doing and thinking it might be some kind of fad diet or pills or something extreme but the truth isn't that simple. Exercise started about two weeks in. This meant hitting the gym at work for at least 30 (usually 40 to 60) minutes at least 4 times per week. Welcome to my health blog. At one point, I was going to call this my weight loss blog, but that's horribly inaccurate.
