Monday, April 5, 2010. Change Can Be a Very Good Thing! As usual, life has been crazy. As usual, I am grateful for it. The truth is. I do not feel like a widow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I don't always have something profound to share with you on "A Widow's Might." (Actually, it's pretty rare that anything profound comes out of my mouth - hahahaha! I don't always have something that I need to scream about. I don't always have a life-lesson to share. But isn't this GOOD news? OK - so what's my point?

How We Are Now. Sunday, April 24, 2011. On the first Easter morning many years ago, Christ defeated death through His resurrection and ascension into Heaven to the right hand of God. Through this, we're reconciled with God and offered the gift of eternal life. What a gift! I cannot grasp the enormity of God's love for the world in sending His Son to Earth to die for us and Christ obediently surrendering to God's will by suffering a torturous death on the Cross for our sins, but I'm forever thankful.
