And Then There Were Four. Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Check out the snake behind Ainsley- it was a huge python that wanted out. He was really active. Ben did not want to take his eyes off the snake for me to take the picture- I don't blame him! Check out the size of this snakes body! We also went to a lot of parks and played on the playscapes. The kids love being outside and running around. Cute, happy Ben on the slide! Ainsley and Ben playing together! They get along so well! Silly, cute little boy!

And Then There Were Four. Monday, March 5, 2012. We have had a very mild winter here this year. A few weeks ago, we took the kids to Town Lake to walk and play. We walked on the trail along the river for a while, then stopped to play in a big open field. We had a wonderful time! It was a clear day, a little cooler, but beautiful! We thought about all kinds of exotic destinations and trips, but in the end, we decided on a local lake. We went to the lake and stayed at a townhome on the water. It was really fantastic. And Then There Were Four. Monday, November 28, 2011. Ben is now 10 months old and so CUTE! Flush toilets- he discovered how to do that on his own on Nov 3rd. Then he kept trying to do it. Now he tries to go around the toilet every time he is in the bathroom- not a place he should be, sigh! He also stuck his hand in the toilet water- yuck. Open doors and cabinets to see what is inside. Examine anything and everything trying to figure out how it works. Throw balls- he is really good at throwing them too!

And Then There Were Four. Thursday, January 31, 2013. We were able to take a family trip to the zoo around Christmas. It was sunny and bright, but a little cool. We went early in the morning and had the place almost to ourselves. The animals were all out and sunning themselves! The kids were excited that they were able to show Daddy a lot of their favorite spots.. Feeding the deer- Ainsley loves the deer. They are very gentle. Snack time at the picnic tables. Before church pictures- beautiful kids!

And Then There Were Four. Wednesday, January 11, 2012. December was a very big month for all of us. We spent a lot of time preparing for the Holidays- decorating, shopping, and celebrating. Dan and I had several Christmas parties to attend together and I had 2 on my own. It made for some busy evenings! Ben stopped nursing suddenly on December 5.
