Crazy talk with my mom about premenstrual symptoms, my lack thereof, and the false information given to her by police when I was psychotic. Lots of people view my blog every day now that it is linked to my Twitter, especially spam-bots from China and Russia. Anyone else should feel free to break from the protocol of silence and leave a comment. Thank you for listening, the more people know the better we will treat one another in the future. He also said that he doesn't get church. "Even when I go wit...

I was so grateful today when my dad, the peacemaker and rock of our family, said that my sister really doesn't understand me. He is sad she is not coming home when she needs respite, but she has good people to support her. She's worried there are monsters in your room? And, kind, empathetic, sensitive soul that he is, he asked me why I sometimes get frustrated with my mom, a secret which I told him last time we were together. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). haveyouseenthisgirl: Notes From A Dogwalk VII
http://whatthecamerasaw.blogspot.com/2011/12/notes-from-dogwalk-vii.html
Things I have seen. Thursday, 8 December 2011. Notes From A Dogwalk VII. Hot day, dreams of boats and Danube waters. The dogs stand poised in the sun, heat bounces off sleek coats. I'm lazy today, a morning of deep thoughts in the big town. Thoughts that slide away like melting butter, slipping from reach, back to the dreamworld. What Bulgaria is. What is Bulgaria? I hear bells, and goats start to drift over the faraway hillside. A man calls after them, unintelligible. Notes From A Dogwalk. The Short Sto...

Here is the baby blanket/mom shawl of my dreams that I am going to try to knit for my sister. The yarn it's knit from is called Moriah and is doubled up, which is perfect for a child who is an expression of pure faith, (accompanied by the safety mechanism of modern medicine.). This is an incredibly sweet gesture on my sister's behalf. I have a friend who told me years ago that it would take a major life event for my sister and I to form a relationship, and my sister is taking the opportunity now....It is...

Today much of the pollen is grey. Also, we have about 3 bumblebees who adore our lavender topiaries. This evening the pollen is white. Our bees are returning to the hive with pollen in their baskets! The pollen is yellow and bright orange (probably from dandelions). We got our beehive! My mom's dog is sweet. She does not judge me for the pile of scarves on the chair in my room but piles herself on top of them. I then moved them for her comfort. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Loaded up on cold medicine and sencha. On the plus side my class was cancelled. On the minus side I have the cold. Baltimore, are you receiving? Awake at 5:30. Cat snuggled. Wild black Chinese tea sipped in the dark, with another cup now as the sun comes up. Torrents of rain outside. I quit my job at the archives. I feel lighter. I am reading articles about Descartes and Hobbes. I made my notes on Descartes and Gassendi without having a panic attack. Met my writing target for today. My cat will drop ever...

Wanna know a secret? I used peer pressure techniques The New York Times says Barack Obama's campaign team used to get the vote out in order to get my professor to give me an extension on my paper. I used to clip New York Times articles for the colour commentary around the facts. I want to do it again but even more so. Let's not talk about this. Made it through the day of intensive essay writing. Kind of a wreck by 5 pm. Now settling in for bed. My brain is working. I took a day to step back from what...

A poem for every day. 8216;Meeting point’, by Louis MacNeice. Time was away and somewhere else,. There were two glasses and two chairs. And two people with the one pulse. Somebody stopped the moving stairs). Time was away and somewhere else. And they were neither up nor down;. The stream’s music did not stop. Flowing through heather, limpid brown,. Although they sat in a coffee shop. And they were neither up nor down. The bell was silent in the air. Holding its inverted poise –. The crux issue of. The li...

I Preface to the first edition. I Preface to the first edition. It’s hard enough tending to three blogs ( A jumped-up pantry boy. And A wild slim alien. So why would I want to do a foolish thing like initiate a fourth? Because birds are also wild slim aliens. Because this one will be just songs and pictures with maybe the occasional word or two if I really can’t stop myself. And because rooks as well as nightingales fly through my dreams. For now, for variety’s sake, by and large I’m going to concentrate...

I am overjoyed for my friend Mr Field, who is having a book of his art published by a good gallery (of course they're good - his work is amazing! I promise to tell you where you can get it as details become available. I ate ice cream for breakfast and then the dog took me for a long walk. Win-win. In the vanity isle! As part of her psychological treatment my mom is fucking up perfectly good baking. Early morning cuddles in bed with the cat and dog. I'm working on writing something sophisticated about Des...
