Thursday, July 21, 2011. I've been making these granola bars since we got married 5 years ago. Clayton LOVES them. I took me awhile to adjust the recipe to get the consistency right. They work for us. Clayton dubbed them "Lynnola bars". Ha. Clayton eats one every day. It's his favorite mid-morning snack! This recipe is easily adaptable. You can substitute the raisins for other dried fruits or even chocolate chips. Toasted coconut would be yummy in them too! I hope you enjoy them as much as Clayton does!

Since we weren't trick-or-treating at my sister's we made sure to have chili for halloween dinner like the Faherty family always has!
