On the Bright Side. Sunday, October 27, 2013. Our little corner of the valley gets some of the last sun rays of the day. It makes for such a beautiful evening. I was reminded today that next week is Daylight Savings End. Boo Hoo! Sunday, October 13, 2013. Oh, it was such a hard thing to make right in my mind! On the Bright Side. Sunday, February 16, 2014. We took the kids to Disneyland a couple of weeks ago. I should say Aaron. Took us to Disneyland. Since I am a drowsy driver who can't drive more than a half hour before getting sleepy, he does all the driving. So, he drove 12 hours there and another 12 hours back. He's quite a guy. On the Bright Side. Friday, June 21, 2013. We've got Ragmania going on in front our house today and yesterday which means there is a steady stream of cars and runners. It is the annual Ragnar relay race and apparently there are more runners than ever so they extended the race days to three. Yesterday wasn't that bad and today isn't too bad either-yet. There is a plaque, my sister Carolyn tells me, in the Pima Arizona cemetery honoring her courage for being a "Faith in Every Footstep" pioneer in the Martin Handcart company.
