Family with Disabilities/Mental Illness. Apraxia and ODD reaking havoc. April 30, 2014. October 30, 2013. My 5-year-old was approved for services from our local Child Development Center. He qualifies for cognitive, speech, vision, and fine motor therapies. This also means he can attend pre-K there free of charge. He starts in 2 weeks.
