Where to Find Us. Apple Blossom Festival Art Show. Sebastopol was known for its apples, especially its Gravenstein variety. So important was the apple industry to its residents, that the town celebrated their beloved product with a weekend-long celebration each spring. In 1969, AWS became part of the Apple Blossom Festival. AWS also takes part in the harvest end of the celebrations at the Gravenstein Apple Fair.
