Makes aprox 30-35 cookies. 1 cup (250 mL) unsalted butter. 3/4 cup (175 mL) sugar. 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed golden brown sugar. 2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour. 2 cups (500 mL) old-fashioned rolled oats. 1 teaspoon (5 mL) sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) baking soda. 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans. 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds. 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
