Means Japanese traditional noodles for buckwheat. I ordered the Soba and Inari-Zushi set! The Inari-Zushi is kind of a Sushi wrapped with a sweet Abura-age. The mother has suffered from a lot of things, so I was really relieved to get the news that she finally had the baby. How small is she? Nikujaga, Meat and Potato Stew)is what many might consider motherʼs taste – a feel good comfort dish. Niku means meat and Jaga comes from Jagaimo, potato. Neither of these are historically typical Japanese ingredients.
