March 17, 2016. 對自己沒信心有許多的面向. 無論是內在還是外在. 我相信許多人都有這樣的經驗. 對於自己身體的某些地方的缺陷非常沒自信. 比如說鼻子特別塌, 腿特別粗, 禿頭. 你的全身上下都會想隱藏住這個缺點, 而且如果有人對你的缺陷開玩笑時, 那更是沒法忍受自信心跌落谷底. 或是你對自己即將想要追求的事情感到沒自信. 比如你會跳舞, 有人覺得你跳得很棒, 想邀請你去表演, 或是請你開班授課. 但是無論別人怎麼認為你已經跳得很好了, 你總是覺得自己還不夠好, 沒辦法跨出去面對群眾去表演或是授課. 甚至有些人的沒自信是因為自己的種族而感到沒自信, 對於自己身為的亞洲人感到沒自信. 總覺得西方白人就是有先天優勢. 妹隨便都把得到. 我無論如何都不可能達到那個境界. 上面都是幾個常見的沒自信的過程, 我本身也都經歷過這些, 如何去面對這些事情來提升自己的自信心. 歸納出幾個我覺得比較直覺的重點分享給大家. 假設你跟朋友約看電影, 約在捷運站見面, 結果朋友一直沒到, 你發現電影都要開播了, 這時候很多人就會開始不爽.

June 15, 2016. 但是我會去學習許多才藝. 諸如彈古典鋼琴, 彈吉他, 組樂團表演, 旅行等等的. 而就算認識相處之後呢. 我也要101%確定這個女生已經很喜歡我了, 我才會出手. 我的床旁邊就是一到窗戶, 那一天的天氣是個晴天, 陽光就透過窗戶灑進我的棉被上. 我被陽光曬醒, 張開眼睛起床. 那一刻的感覺非常的深刻非常的奇妙. 我永遠不會忘記那一刻的感覺. 我起床坐起來, 張開眼睛看著窗外, 窗外是一片小公園. 已經有人在那邊晨跑, 有些人背著背包走著, 城市已經開始運作. 我不用上班 也沒有朋友沒有女友跟我說要出去幹嘛. 我看著窗外城市的街景. 8220;早安, 昨天睡得還好嗎 怎麼在床上發起呆來了? 8220;這就是旅行, 好好享受吧”. 這是我第一次準備的背包客早餐, 所以我還煎蛋煎牛肉什麼的, 花了我不少時間. 早餐結束後我就自已去逛逛Auckland城市了. 因為這段旅程我本來就沒有太具體的規劃,.
