I changed the engine to one that can handle a battery with more cells (higher voltage/RPM) and the plane flies well. I have an engine better suited for this plane waiting for some mounting hardware but this engine works ok for now. I really enjoyed building this plane and I like the way it flies. Found near Campbell River in a pile of rocks from the blasting done for making the highway. Unfortunately the highway was paved before this was found. You can see the drill hole for the dynamite. Some of the fossils Mattias and I found. Unfortunately, I forget the camera on our hike to the Puntlegde River where we did the exploring. Larr; Previous post.
