I feel like my voice is being heard. I was recently involved in recruiting the new participation worker at my project. I worked with professionals on equal terms and felt like my voice was important and informed the final decision. Be Healthy is a participation project so the young people have steered the project from the beginning. They took on more and more responsiblity as the project went on, leading ice breakers and deciding where the focus of workshops should be. About peer support for young people.

New peer support resource coming soon! Kirsche and Cj are creating a peer support resource for young people who are dealing with Child Sexual Exploitation and other difficult issues. They have conducted a survey and focus groups to find out how young people support each other and how they can do this better. As we are starting to run low on our Be Healthy booklets. We have printed a new postcard to promote the website and other resources developed by the Health Advocates. Be Healthy at the NWG Conference.
