The shopping trip through hell. Just found out our last pay before Christmas will be on Christmas Eve. I swear those pricks at Centrelink are pissing themselves laughing over this one. At least we only need to get food for Christmas day. The plan is to go as early as possible and be in and out as fast as I can. Means this shopping trek will be a solo trip taken by me. My first entry. Guess I better start things off by giving a run down on who I am and where I am in life. Here goes. Currently I'm 27 years old. I have a defacto partner and 2 children - my son is 3 years old and my daughter is under a year old. I live in one of the cheaper parts of this city - some would call our area a 'Welfare Ghetto' or at least the closest one would be in Australia. I guess my biggest dream right now would be to get a goth rock or punk (not power pop, i'm talking a REAL punk band!

What I thought would never happen has hit me harder than I could have ever expected. I am an individual like the rest of you out there and at the same time I'm the complete opposite. Why start an online journal you ask? Has this old fool (whom some considered goth, others punk and even more couldn't tell what I was) slipped into mediocrity so easily? Does it even matter anymore?
