Saya berkerja di rumah sakit di Leicester(Leicester Royal Infirmary) sebagai perawat dan suami saya berkerja di University of Leicester sebagai dosen, dia mengajar Econometrics/Macroeconomics. Bakso Goreng ala Ayu. 50g udang dibuang kulitnya, tumbuk halus. 2 sendok makan tepung maizena. 1sdt pelezat serba guna rasa ayam. Minyak untuk menggoreng secukupnya. 1Campur udang yang telah ditumbuk halus dengan ayam cincang dan aduk rata. 2Masukan telur, tepung maizena, garam, lada, bumbu pelezat serba guna rasa ayam dan aduk rata. 3Uleni hingga adonan dan bahan-bahan tercampur rata. 6Tiriskan dan taruh kedalam piring.
