Fall 2011 Trimester in France. November 1, 2011. Yesterday, my host Mom (Stephanie) showed me how to make crêpes. Here is the recipe we used:. 400 g of flour. 2 soup spoons of oil. 1/2 liter of milk I cup milk. 1 pinch of salt. 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Combine everything and let it sit for an hour.
