I absolutely do (anytime of the year) and thats what I chose for the fourth day of the marathon. 4 cups watermelon(seedless), cut into cubes. 1 tbsp sugar (I've not used sugar as the watermelon I used was very sweet). Here I am posting my hubby favorite dal and baingan bartha. 6 pieces Raw Mango. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder. 1/4 tsp Coriander powder. 2 medium size dry chillies. 1 tsp Mustard seeds. Boil the dal with raw mango,cloves garlic,onion and tomato till two whisle. Now,add the turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder and salt.
