Monday, April 20, 2009. Olivia just competed in the Arizona State Synchro competition. This is the big qualifying meet for Regionals next month. It was an awesome weekend! She took third place in figures (her lowest finish this year, but she's happy with it. Especially since 2 1/2 weeks ago, she couldn't walk or swim because her knee was injured). Monday, August 17, 2009. 4 kids, 3 states, 6 homes, 4 jobs, 2 pets, 4 cars, countless church callings, more business travel than should be allowed, fun family vacations, hit and miss date nights, lots of laughter, lots of misunderstandings and frustration, lots of silliness. Thursday, March 04, 2010. Dan wore this shirt to school the other day:. Some kids told him they didn't get it. Stud Cupcake. Oh well. Olivia left for Seattle today for West Zones. She is excited, and I just hope that she gets some sleep. I'm glad she likes her teammates, but sometimes I wonder how they ever get anything done. Anyway, good luck, Roadtrip team! Julia is toothless. And so are the girls she swims with. Maybe we should rename them the "toothless teddy bears" or something. Keep the date open!
