The manipulation that you pull on him is completely unfair. Excluding him and us from family gatherings is unfair. He is your son as well as your daughter is your daughter. Don't choose one over the other. He doesn't. Just learn that your son is an adult and can make his own choices in life. This doesn't mean that he loves anyone any less than anyone else, but don't try to take away his happiness in life because it wasn't your choice. It was ALWAYS his choice to make, wasn't it?
