We were adopting our daughter, Malia, and were given the opportunity to visit the orphanage that she'd been raised in. We had "met" a few families online that were also going to be adopting from this orphanage a few months behind us. The adoption community is tight knit and I offered to check up on and photograph a few little ones during my visit. You can read all the books in. And that's okay, because she's worth it!
