My take on common food. A Scotch Egg is one of Englands popular snacks. Usually made with sasuage meat or pork, Vegetarians rarely get to enjoy the crowd pleaser. However the vegetarian take on the snack is maybe even more delicious than the meaty Scotch Egg. Here is my take on the popular snack which will make 4 scotch eggs. 6 Medium sized potatoes, skinned and boiled. 4 peeled boiled eggs (soft boiled or hard boiled). 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1 pinch of black pepper. 1 handful of corriander leaves.

My take on common food. This is a newly discovered dish made by my mother. Now, In my family, when we cook, we dont measure, we just reach out, grab and throw into the pot. That is exactly what we did with this Chocolate mess. So the below recipe is just an approximate for what you will actually need but it result in a delicious dish as mine did. 2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup. 100g Special K Cereal (or alternatively, a cereal of your choice). 3 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut. 50g Milk or White Chocolate.
