Wednesday, October 22, 2014. Distributed virtual switch IP hash mismatch warning. While migrating a standard switch to a distributed switch I've enabled health check for Teaming and failover. In the migration wizard, there are no errors displayed on impact analysis screen, so I just pressed GO! The host is migrated and I get the following warning: IP Hash mismatch. At this point I get a bit confused - where is that coming from? I've changed the policy, refreshed the view and the warning disappeared.
