Obviously, we didn’t just play in the house all week. The Tahoe/Truckee area is beautiful, and we made daily excursions to various attractions. We went to two lakes…Lake Truckee and Lake Tahoe. We also went to the cute Truckee downtown, and a local Truckee park that was pretty great. Windy and cold on the east end…. My little fish…. Nine kids, but not 9 faces.

A mid-day bath (ie something distracting for the baby to do that involves keeping him in one spot for awhile). Julian didn't like being a laundry clip holder, apparently. Towards the beginning of the week, Julian was scared of Molly. But by the end of the week, he was happy to pat her and let her lick him (as long as it wasn't on his face). Julian 永琪 (Wing-Kei) Friedman. Monday, February 23, 2009. Upon measurement on his 5 month birthday, Julian was just over 26 inches long, and closing in on 20 lb. Unfortunately, he was a bit crabby the afternoon of his birthday, so you all get to see his cranky face. He's our little nerd in the making, he very much enjoys being read to.
