Thursday, August 14, 2008. One Year Later - Ft. Collins. A year can pass incredibly fast, and we were very excited to head back to Colorado for our one year anniversary. We wanted to revisit the mountains and enjoy ourselves without all the excitement surrounding our wedding. It was all we could have asked for and more (with a bear or two thrown in for good measure! First, we headed to Ft. Collins, home of Colorado State University! Although it was too late for the tour, we made one last stop.

Better things awaited us in the Rockies! First stop on our way up.Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park. Unfortunately, due to the heavy snowfall they had all winter, we couldn't make it up through the pass, so we head to head back through the foothills, past the old Argo Mine. Up to Independence Pass! And it was way up! June Trip to Florida.
