Two kids trying to make it in a world of grown-ups. Monday, November 22, 2010. For fear of being publicly mocked, we've held out on posting pictures of our fully decorated house. We've had the tree up since November 13th. Hey, if we're going to be on Ohio at Christmas, we should have everything up to enjoy that much earlier, right? June left her Christmas spirit up north. We unpacked our trusty plastic snowman Thomas- the first joint Christmas decoration Brandon and I purchased in college. June f...Aunt ...

Henry and June: Cuteness abound- Junie.

Two kids trying to make it in a world of grown-ups. Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Looks like someone is closer to rolling over than we realized. Mama walked in and found Georgie trying to look out the window. Good thing she's starting to move around. That neck fold is looking pretty ripe. Henry took his etch a sketch to bed and worked on this for four nights. It's a map of a city with a lot of parking spots. And in the upper left quadrant, you can see the baseball field. It's been very warm here, so yest...

Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Thursday, February 23, 2006. This is me in my cool hat from Finland. It's from my worldly friend Liz. Do they read blogs in Israel? That's really far away. Me and my grandma and grandpa Cooper. I don't know what the joke is, but it must be funny. Today I figured out that instead of hitting the toys on my play gym, I can kick them and the music turns on. Cool. If only I liked swimming! Posted by HenryParsons @ 4:33 PM. My mom's ...

Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Friday, January 27, 2006. 2006 01 27 Having fun is hard work. My play arch is so much fun I passed out. My pink horse and the smell of bars baking in the oven was all it took to lure me to sleep. Tonight I'm going to a cookout. It hits 40 degrees and these Wisconsin people think it's summer. I better get a double cheeseburger out of this. Posted by HenryParsons @ 5:33 PM. Thursday, January 26, 2006. I like my mom and my dad.

Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Thursday, February 09, 2006. Sorry for the delay in pictures. Take it up with my parents. I'm as upset as you are. Things are pretty calm around here. We've been going on alot of walks and today we went to the mall. Mom is looking for a bathing suit for our trip to the Dells at the end of the month. It's going to be awesome! Posted by HenryParsons @ 7:52 PM. Monday, February 06, 2006. Posted by HenryParsons @ 1:46 PM. Natalie, ...

Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Saturday, March 18, 2006. Here's my aunt Jill in her play. In case you don't recognize her, she the short one. The real short one. I think I'll be taller than her by the time I'm 6 months old. She's singing some Honey-Bun song about the guy in a purple hat. I mean, I can appreciate a coconut bra with the best of them, but I never really thought it could turn out like this. Posted by HenryParsons @ 11:10 PM. Decided to wade deep...

Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Friday, March 31, 2006. I have known more joy in these 4 short months than most know in a lifetime! Sleep will not conquer me! I will persevere and will not be overcome by the temptation of slumber. If I do not make it through the end of the week- if my prison guards do indeed throw me out along the curb- know that I will always love you and will forever remain your,. Henry and June Turner. The life and times of a big brother and little sister. Friday, February 03, 2006. Whoa, why didn't somebody tell me what shots were? I mean, they weren't bad at all. I didn't even cry. Well, maybe a little. But I was a tough guy. They did make me groggy and I took a 3 hour nap, which I think is a record. I was a little fussy today, but nothing that a little cuddling couldn't fix. Posted by HenryParsons @ 5:31 PM. Thursday, February 02, 2006. My 2 month birthday. My days go like thi...

The Turner Five: August 2012
http://turnerfive.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 30, 2012. Sri Lankan Food Bazaar- Jo. This is why we moved to DC. So mama could find some obscure food festival and drag us there and force us to eat weird food. Here's the good news- the Sri Lankans served cookies. We ate a bunch. The bad news is that they also served a lot of weird dried fish-based foods that mama tried to get us to eat. Henry was really impressed with the big Buddha. We wished we could have seen some monks. (Maybe they were there but in plain clothes? He did such a go...
