Monday, January 10, 2011. It's hard to believe that 3 years ago during the Thanksgiving holiday we found out we were pregnant.nine months later we found out that it was a girl! Elle has brought so much joy and laughter the past couple of years, and now she has a partner in crime, sweet Eli, life is good. Wow, as I sit and reflect on 2010 we have so much to be thankful for: our children who grow, amaze us and entertain us everyday.what in the world did we do with our time before they were here?

Wednesday, April 20, 2011. It's about time I give my sweet lil' man a shoutout! Eli is 7 months today. We have been having so much fun that I have definitely been neglecting the blog. Here are some recent pictures taken by his teacher of him "truck painting". His teacher was an art major, and loves having her infants participate in art. Or happen when it did- it was all going to happen anyway due to the way my body was built. Dr's went on to explain that this would have (likely) happened if I was pregnant with a singleton baby, as well- I just would have likely gone into labor closer to 28-30 weeks with 1 baby. We lucked out with a corner hospital room w/ a nice view of Chicago's city skyline.
