Day 2 dieting wasn’t as bad as yesterday, but I think it’s because of my Low Blood Pressure maybe? 89/60) that i feel so dizzy and light headed, and spaced out. So yesterday I ate a whole bowl of rice. I figured that I needed to be awake and aware for my driving test the next day (today! And so sacrificed potential weightloss for a sane mind. First of all, I don't think quarter to eleven really counts as a sleepness night. It's one of the easiest and tastiest meals I know and it's pretty healthy too! Put the sweet potatoes in the oven at 200 Celsius/centigrade. Crumble feta into a bowl. Squeeze in lime juice (I only used half). Stir and leave so the flavours can make friends. I thought it was funny. How i've been quite anal. And sliced my sweet potato into quarters.
