First, I went to church- not a first. But it was the first time I wore this cute 6-month. Outfit that Pop picked out for me! This afternoon, I had my first solids! Rice cereal and sweet potatoes. Yum! I think Mama and Daddy even got some of it in my mouth! Then it was time for my first swimming lesson with Daddy! I really loved my first swim!

Sunday, March 23, 2014. A Look At My 3rd Month! I know it's been awhile since Mama posted! In fact, she started this post many, many moons ago- before she went back to work. After a long wait. Here's a look at what happened during month 3 of my life! Take that, bird! Holidays with my cousins! We spent Christmas Day at Grandma's house and had a blast with all our cousins. Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Happy One Month, Charlie Mae! Mama and Daddy are so excited that I made it to one month! But they cannot believe how fast the time is passing and how big I am getting. Mama and Daddy were really excited to celebrate the occasion! However, I was only slightly amused. And, frankly, I was a bit bored with all the picture taking. This weekend, we finally had my newborn photos taken (I'm still considered a newborn, right? Here are some of Mama and Daddy's favorites that didn't.

Monday, October 21, 2013. Charlie Mae's First Week. My first week was pretty eventful…. I was born at 8:46PM EST on October 11, 2013. I weighed 7lbs 15oz and I was 20 inches long (although Pop and Daddy decided they probably measured me wrong- they think I must have been at least 21 inches). Monday, January 21, 2013. Adam and Laura Visit! We had a fun weekend with Adam and Laura! They arrived Friday evening from Austin with these beautiful eggs from their chickens. We really liked the aqua blue eggs. Lydia caught a large orange koi all by herself. Lydia's catch was much bigger than her dad's! Aunt Laura was a big hit.
