10 Days Old - 29th May. Isaac is doing better. His first week in the world was a very tough week. He has really fought hard and has really been through a tough slog. Our little man is fighting hard and we hope and pray that each day he gets stronger. As of Thursday night Isaac has put on weight! Guess who's coming home on Monday? 44 weeks - 4 weeks old corrected age. Latest weight 4362 grams = 9 pounds 10 ounces. Monday 27th September is going to be a huge day for Isaac, Mummy and Daddy. We are in the midst of making arrangements for Isaac to come home. He will be coming home on Oxygen support. Isaac's NGT was removed last Saturday and the lil warrior man has been sucking all of his feeds. He is doing remarkably well. It is quite unbelievable that after what will be 130 days. We started off the day by going to Barnes and Noble for a National reading of Eric Carle's "The Hungary Caterpillar". Basically they played the audio version read by the author on C.D. and the kids got to follow along with the book. When they were done the kids got to do arts and crafts.
