My brother, Todd, spent a lot of time working on my parents' house so this was a "Thank you" to him. It was also a good-bye dinner. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Audrey and Nathan's preschool had their annual art show last month. Each child at the school had one piece of art matted and displayed in Willow Glen. It was very exciting to go and see their art hanging up with an official award ribbon! The kids had a playdate in the morning with friends where they all wore their PJs - so that's why you see them wearing pajamas out and about. Audrey used flowers to paint. Friday, January 30, 2009. We went to Pump It Up Jr. to celebrate Paige's 3rd birthday! The kids had a fabulous time jumping in all the inflatables that were just their size. Happy Birthday Paige! Tuesday, November 8, 2011. 今年是堡第二年念托儿所了，又来到一年一度的恳亲会。去年，园方看起来准备得有点仓促，所以整晚的表演都乱糟糟的。 今年可不一样，老师们早两个月前就开始教学生们表演的事项了。堡可能还不知道什么是表演，可能是在学校练习惯了，所以每晚临睡前都要“表演”一番，逗得我可开心了。 今年，老师要求家长替孩子化妆。天啊，我连自己化妆都不会，更别说替孩子化妆了。没办法，最后就只好硬着头皮乱涂乱画。不管了，反正表演的妆就是会比较夸张一点的。只是在化妆的过程中不禁惊叹，孩子们的皮肤好好噢。呵呵。 堡今年参与两项表演，分别是舞蹈和诗歌朗诵。其实诗歌朗诵的内容还蛮有意思的，意思就是孩子诉说他们被妈妈管教的心声。但是出自他们的口，就变得可爱。 看到堡在台上尽情地跳舞和表演，觉得堡真的是长大了，他越来越有自己的想法和表达能力。希望他接下来在幼儿园继续开开心心，游戏玩乐。 Friday, November 4, 2011.
