Saturday, May 25, 2013. It is hard to believe Elise is going to kindergarten this fall! It has been a big year for her already - lost two teeth, first trip to Disney - and now kindergarten. Faith Lutheran Preschool has been such a blessing in our lives. Elise has attended since she was a baby and several of her friends have been there that long as well. Friday, June 29, 2012. Elise and Lilah graduated from swim class on Thursday. I couldn't have been more proud of Elise. Before class, she did not like any part of her face to get wet. Now, she can dunk her whole head under, jump off the side with a little assistance, and practice her strokes. Lilah enjoyed her class, but more so on the days Wes got in with her. He is the fun parent, no doubt about that. Lilah learned to go under water (very briefly) and blow bubbles. Annie (the best level 1 teacher!

Friday, December 7, 2012. Hot Cocoa at Twin H Tree Farm. Choosing out trees with the Arnolds. Some of the Advent activities - ornaments, snowflakes, and Build that Snowman - Cooties style (the game). I just love Lilah's snowman - melted apparently - it has been a warm December. Tuesday, December 27, 2011. We continued on the non-traditional path with Christmas in Fort Wayne! Since Christmas was on Sunday, we opened stockings on Christmas Eve night (though Lilah was asleep), and then opened Christmas presents after church on Christmas morning. Regardless of tradition, it was merry indeed! Ready to open presents. Tim and Molly opening presents for Colton - who managed to avoid the camera spotlight (sad). Elise with her princess suitcase gift - she is ready for some traveling!

Monday, October 22, 2012. Here are a few pictures from our fall so far. Freeman Family Farm - Elise and her buddy Blythe. Harvest Night at with Church. Elise's Fieldtrip - They were supposed to go to a farm, but it was too wet, so it was off to the Mathers Museum instead. Elise is in a 1950s style house in this picture. And in a cave at the Museum - who knew these things were in Bloomington? The girls all dressed up. Daddy and Elise carving. Lilah crafting - we made 'Foot Ghosts' and 'Hand Spiders'.
