Raggedy Ruth: October 2014
http://raggedyruth.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 31, 2014. Our weather was anything but, even though the forecast a couple of days ago called for showers. We ended up with a lovely, fall evening for trick-or-treating. Sophie made the girls' costumes, and I couldn't be more amazed. They turned out. After walking around the cul-de-sac, we headed to our church's fall festival where the girls played games, took many trips down the bouncy slide, and got flower crowns painted on their faces. Doesn't Tessa make a cute Olaf? On the move, always!

Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Chiloquin / Crater Lake / Tumalo State Park. So much fun….that we started planning a tubing trip closer to home. Even though it was cloudy, the sunrise was beautiful. We were out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by cows. McKinley does a plank to get warmed up before getting dressed. Piper does a hollow hold. A view of Wizard Island from the Sinnott Memorial Overlook. Back at the house, the kids explore. The next morning we remain bundled up as we eat breakfast. When we moved i...

Raggedy Ruth: June 2014
http://raggedyruth.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 30, 2014. The first of many, I'm sure. This one was a little impromptu gathering of neighborhood gals after nap time. So cute to watch! Sophie and Faith supplied everything, including costumes. Even Tessa was given a crown and wand. On the menu: turkey sandwiches on sourdough, smoked almonds, blueberries, cookies, lemonade, and ice cream sandwiches. Getting all dolled up. McKinley dazzles in a Princess Aurora dress. Sophie reminds the girls to keep their pinkies up. Faith leaps like a kitty.

http://raggedyruth.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 25, 2014. Fall is officially here. But our last two weeks of summer boasted hot temperatures, which meant lots of pool parties, popsicles, watermelon, and wearing sun dresses to church. The girls were pretty bummed when Dadda deflated the pool to put it back into the garage and. When we ran out of Otter Pops. Thank you Gramma and Grampa for our new swimsuits! McKinley loves to swim underwater. And she's so. Excited for her third round of swim lessons in Oct. Sunday, September 21, 2014.

Raggedy Ruth: January 2015
http://raggedyruth.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 20, 2015. It's funny that when I asked McKinley what kind of birthday party she wanted, she said she wanted a "green one." Maybe it's because Piper wanted a pink party for her birthday? Regardless, she wanted a green cake and balloons. Infact, every time we went to the grocery store during the weeks leading up to her birthday, she would desperately beg me to buy balloons. I don't know what it is about balloons? Fancy breakfast of blueberry pancakes and sparkling orange juice. For her fir...
