I am a Michigander who found myself moving from Ohio to Texas in 2005 for my husband's new job. Part of the deal was that I got to quit mine and stay home with our daughter. Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Carson started preschool this week! Not sure if he is excited or not, but he needs it and I know he is going to love it! This is him at Meet the Teacher day showing off his blue star that they put up every morning when they get to school. Morgan was so sweet and excited for him. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. We've tried to stay busy this summer. The big kids and I saw the movie Rio. Very cute! One of my new favorites. We went to a minor league baseball game. Thought this picture of Carson was hilarious! Holden even got to get on the field for the Diaper Derby. He won! And we tried to see the Cars 2 cars. But since there was a two hour wait outside, we decided to see them from a distance. Morgan was terribly upset, but Carson was satisfied. It's really cute to watch it when it happens.

Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Holden got his first haircut today. This isn't a very good picture, but I thought it was so cute that this is how he sat for the entire haircut so I had to post it. I think he looked down one time and that was it. Hopefully every haircut will be this easy! Probably doens't look like much of a cut, but I have to loose those curls in baby steps. Friday, February 25, 2011. Thursday, February 24, 2011. In January we went to Ft. Myers, FL to see Chris's family and to go to Disney World. I took almost 350 pictures! These are just of our time in Ft. Myers. The weather wasn't perfect, but we still spent lots of time outside and enjoyed as much sun as we could. Grandpa B. and Carson. Someone had built this sand castle on the beach where Chris's parents walk. Luckily Carson didn't knock it over. I love these pictures from behind. LOVE At the moment.

Sunday, May 29, 2011. We went to the zoo today and had a great time! We fed giraffes and goats. Morgan was loving it and didn't want to leave. She finally convinced Carson to get in on it too, although he was more tentative. Holden loved seeing the animals from far away, but surprisingly didn't like being too close to the rowdy goats. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Boys, ducks and the park. Last week we skipped our normal Wednesday activity to feed the ducks, ride bikes and play at the park. It was such gorgeous weather and Carson was having a hard time since the week before he had been with Morgan all day every day since it was Spring Break. Here is Holden enjoying his white bread treat. Almost done with the first piece. I'm sure he's wondering why we don't buy that stuff more often. My cute boys. Go Cubs! Seeing how fast he can go.

Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Trying to keep busy this summer, we had yogurt for lunch one day. After vacation bible school. They love playing with pillows and blankets. I think this time they got Holden to lay under his blanket for about five seconds. Fun Daddy let them play in the sprinklers in the front yard and back yard. This evening it actually was bearable to be outside. We got some new water guns. We tried to pick the biggest ones that would be fun with being able to hurt each other.
