Sweet little Nix is the size of a large plum, and even though baby’s organs and tissues are complete and have developed, they will now start to grow and mature rapidly. Expected february 5, 2016. June 19, 2015. July 19, 2015. Baby is now the size of a blueberry, and most of the growth at this time is concentrated in the head as new brain cells, which are developing at such a fast rate of 100 per minute! It’s mouth and tongue are also forming and its already sprouting little arm and leg buds! I could kick myself for being worried about the lack of symptoms I was having, they came in full force this week! We had our housewarming party the end of this week, on June 27.

The magic happened not in Denver, but in Santa Fe. In February, we visited Santa Fe for David's birthday. The day before the trip, he received a certain small, black box in the mail. Without an inkling of how to present this precious item, he decided to do what most guys do and wing it. After a quick bite at a local brewery (a break from wine), we stopped at one last winery, Vivac, just outside of Santa Fe. Unlike the others, Vivac was nestled among rolling desert foothills as dusk was drawing near.
