Saturday, July 9, 2011. We had a great long weekend for the 4th of July. We went up to the lake on Friday. Then on Monday we travelled home and went up to Signal Mountain to hang out with all of the cousins! There was lots of fun and fireworks! Haden was such a big boy at the lake this year he jumped off the dock, water skiied (spelling? Haden jumping off the top of the dock! Kendall looking cute on the boat! Wednesday, November 28, 2012. I have to mention about Linus and Charlie Brown pictured below, these boys were great! They came to visit where I work and they were just adorable, Linus kept asking me to hold his "head" while he walked around visiting and chatting with everyone. His eyes were a bit too high, so he would bump in to things while wearing his Linus head. Their awesome mom helped make their costumes and they paper mached beach balls for the heads. Thursday, February 13, 2014. You might have heard about the bad weather that crippled the southern states two weeks ago. Well, yesterday we had another big snow, but this time not as much ice and we had plenty of warning on the news, unlike last time. God's handiwork is just spectacular, it's really hard to capture it. This was a heavy snow, and it's pretty much all melted since our temp soared near 50 degrees today! But what can you expect in the south? Sunscreen and snow shovels all in the same day!

Saturday, April 14, 2012. It may sound funny, but I guess my word for 2012 would be. Seriously. If someone drives crazy, I've caught myself saying, Seriously! If someone does something dumb, I'll say, Seriously! But I guess what made me realize I say this in reference to a lot of things, is what came. In the mail today. I know I am getting older, but I'm only 40! I am now getting offers for Senior Discounts in the mail? It was a nice cool evening, so I opened the window in my bedroom. We had a "Sock Hop".

Sunday, July 29, 2012. Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I know they say the best time to visit here is in the fall,. But I just loved all the various shades of green everywhere. Everything was so lush and beautifully green. I always love visiting anytime of the year and. Discovering little bits of nature and history. I haven't seen before. What's your favorite part of the Great Smokies? If you haven't been, you need to plan a visit. The view from the cabin. Roaring Fork Nature Trail.

Sunday, March 27, 2011. We had our first official family vacation as a family of four. We went to Sarasota for a few days then to Orlando where we did Disney World. We all had a blast!
