Whole Wheat Spaghetti Pasta. 3 Laughing Cow Original Swiss Cheese. 1 package of Alfredo Sauce (Find in the seasoning aisle). Blackening Seasoning (Any brand will work). 1/2 Cup of 1% Milk. Here are directions for the Chicken, Pasta, and Sauce (I had all 3 of these cooking at the same time so that everything would be ready at once).
