General Conf. 2013. These are a couple of our General Conference traditions! Gen Conf. is coming up in a couple weeks and my kids are pumped because of this right here! You are allowed to partake if you are sitting and listening. You don't HAVE to sit and listen but if you want to eat then you have to sit. They usually sit for a bit to eat then they get up and run around til they get a bit nippish again! I also got the littles new coloring books and they LOVED that! Something I will do for sure again!

A while ago we had the chance to go to a viewing of Smurfs 2. We had a ton of fun on the movie lot. Screenings are always fun.who doesn't love a free movie? I wasn't a huge fan of this movie but we had a great time as a family! WHO KNEW that B's next project would be the new Smurfs movie. Like a Smurfs prequel? I'm excited for this one. I'm only a little behind. I have about 1 year and a half (ok it's now 2 years) to catch up on so we can print! I am determined though to get it done! We cleaned up a bit to welcome in the New Year and my kids loved to peruse through the blog books we have! Floods of guilt came rushing in as I am so far behind and this is my family history and journaling and scrapbooking AND the way my mom gets to see my kids grow through photos while she lives away from us! How To Get Good Grades In School.By Max Jeffords. In 5th grade you go through a few "rotations" during the day to get you ready for middle school. One of Max's rotations is called "Study Skills". I know some of the 5th grade parents aren't fans of the rotation because they would rather it be all "academics" based but I LOVE IT! Hearing it from another person though, a teacher, has made it click! He has had a few assignments that really make me smile! He did GREAT all on his own! I LOVE STUDY SKILLS!
